Personally Identifying Information provided to
Dating Revolution
Users provide personally identifying information
("PII") to Dating Revolution when they register or edit their profile
via the My Account page, including but not limited to: name, address,
phone-number, e-mail address, birth date, gender, marital status, sexual
preferences and status, and religious preferences and status, racial/ethnic
preferences and status, age, height, weight, eye color, hair color, marital
status, religion, personal interests, geographic location, sexual interest or
orientation, smoking and drinking preferences, characteristics specified in
looking for a partner, tattoos, piercings, income, pets, number of children,
and etc.
Dating Revolution offers a service allowing
users, including temporary, promotional, or non-paying users, to search for,
find, and contact each other. By registering for the site or editing their
Profile, users indicate their consent to publish the relevant information in
the search results. Thus, some of the PII we collect may be published to other
users.
Dating Revolution will not willingly distribute,
sell or rent to any other third party any information provided by the user to
Dating Revolution, unless required to do so by applicable law (see Legal
Disclaimer below) or authorized by the user.
E-Mail
Dating Revolution may use the information you
provide to contact you regarding Dating Revolution, as well as for billing
purposes. Dating Revolution will not send unsolicited commercial e-mail
unrelated to Dating Revolution. The e-mails we send to you may contain code
which allows Dating Revolution to track usage of the e-mail, including whether
the e-mail was opened and/or what links (if any) were clicked.
Username & Password
Individuals signing up for Dating Revolution are
given the opportunity to create a unique username and password to use as an
identifier and login. This password will be protected by system administrators
and will not be shared with third parties under any circumstances. This assists
the system administrators in protecting your information.
Referral
If you were referred to Dating Revolution by a
particular individual, you will be given the opportunity to give that
individual’s name at registration. This is optional and not required. Dating
Revolution may reward the person who referred you with a referral program or
bonus and notify them you have joined.
Survey Questions
Dating Revolution may ask users
"Survey" questions. These questions will be clearly marked as such
and separate from other registration questions. These questions are entirely
optional and not required for registration. If the user chooses to answer these
questions, their responses will be recorded anonymously.
Partners
Dating Revolution may partner with other

Dating Revolution may accept credit and debit
cards, as well as other payment methods, for billing purposes. All credit card
numbers, security identification numbers, expiration dates, and names and
addresses associated with the account are kept on a secure server. No access is
permitted to this information by any third party.
Browser Information
Dating Revolution logs IP addresses for systems
administration purposes. IP addresses are logged to track a user’s session, to
determine which parts of the website users are visiting, to identify problems
in development, investigate fraudulent use of the site, and for other reasons
at our discretion.
Cookies
Cookies are used to provide content specific to
each individual member. As you use Dating Revolution, we may collect
information, using cookies, about your usage, including but not limited to
information on your browsing habits, which portions of the web pages you are

options for removing their information from the database if they do not wish to

through your My Account page. On this page, there is an option to
unsubscribe from future communications. Click on the hyperlink
unsubscribe@thedatingrevolution.com. This will create an e-mail with the
unsubscribe e-mail address in the To: field. In the Subject field, please
write “Unsubscribe”, and then click “Send”. You will receive a response
e-mail notifying you of Dating Revolution’s receipt of your “Unsubscribe”
e-mail. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for system administrators to remove
your e-mail address from the database.
- Send a letter or postcard requesting
removal, with your actual name as well as your Dating Revolution username,
